Returns are only accepted after consultation with the seller.
If goods are returned without prior approval, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund.
Refunds will only be issued when:
- The goods are returned insured and by registered shipment.
- The goods are unused and undamaged.*
- Refunds are made to the same bank account used for the original payment.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of an error made by the seller.
* Exceptions apply in the case of manufacturing defects or defective products.
