Zero Cavity Module with fine adjustment
With a common hotmelt module, opening and closing will be done within the module by a needle. Through which allways a little bit of glue remains in the nozzle itself. Depending on the thickness of the used glue, there is a chanche that this leads to dripping. Offcourse a lot also depends on the diameter of the nozzle.
With a Zero Cavity module, the nozzle is integrated within the module itself and the needle closes and opens directly at the nozzle outlet. Through this no glue remains and dripping is brought to a absolute minimum.
Please note! Dripping of glue can have more reasons, see our faq section for more info. |
