The returning of goods can only take place if you have informed the seller in advance and fullfill al the terms regarding the returning.

In case goods are returned without informing the seller, no restitution of funds will take place.

Restitution will only take place if;

- The goods are insured and the receiver have to sign for receivement.

- The goods are not used and damaged. *

- Restitution will only be done to the same account from which is paid.

- Costs of delivery will only be paid back in case of a mistake of the seller.

* The only exception is in case of manufacturer faults or d.o.a. products.
